💜dōTERRA Lavender Essential Oils💜

A must have oil if your new to EO & to keep on hand. This gentle & versatile oil is by far my favorite & is used daily in my home especially bedtime 😴

Scent: Floral, sweet & slightly woodsy

💜Diffusion: use 3-4 drops in the diffuser. Difuse of inhale for aromatic benefits

💜Internal Use: Dilute 1 drop to 150 ml water

💜Topical Use:

👶🏻Babies – 1-2 drops to 1 tbsp of carrier oil

👩🏻👨🏻Adults – 1-2 drops to 1 tsp of carrier oil (can also be applied directly with no dilution)
